Spring Stationery Haul at Tiger

There's a Tiger Store right next to the train station where I get off whenever I go to university. I pay a visit to that place way too often, but most of the times I manage to get out empty-handed (believe me, it's really hard).

Last week I entered the place looking for some colourful gel pens and a ring binder. I wanted some glittery pens so I could make my notes and my agenda more colourful. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the pens, but I ended up buying other things. For once I allowed myself to splurge on stationery, and I didn't even spend that much, since Tiger has super competitive prices.

The first thing I picked up was a pack of clovers bookmarks, because they were just too pretty. I thought I might use them as a prop for my blog pictures and as room decorations, and for €1 you can't really go wrong.

As soon as I entered the shop, then, I fell in love with the pea pattern that was printed on many items that were part of their latest collection. When I spotted a huge pastel ring binder and noticed it had that pattern on the inside, I was sold. It had to be mine, plus I was actually looking for a ring binder for my DIY scrapbook project, so it was just perfect.

Afterwards I spotted an awesome stamp kit, and I've always wanted one, so... Why not. I got it and I've already tested it and I love it. I think I'm going to use it in many creative projects, as there is this super creative side of me that always tries to show up. Making things helps me to relax and makes me feel proud of myself, therefore I think I have the right to buy things that help me develop my creativity, right?

I ended up picking other stationery bits to add to my scrapbook pages, as they were colour matching and also matched the ring binder I had previously chosen. I picked up some wonderful letter stickers, some striped paper bags and some paper tape. I think I might end up getting more of those as I love the colours and I love to have plenty of material for my DIYs.

Tiger is the right place to buy this kind of things, because it always has something new, seasonal, and everything is really affordable, which is a bonus.

Do you have any suggestions for my scrapbooking project?
Would you want to see posts about it?
